Classroom Sessions –
     When available


CODE: X4811       FEE: $150   		Consumer Needs
Driving Lessons:

OVR Counselor fills out Referral Form

CODE: X4812          FEE: $50/hour

TS contacts consumer to schedule

TS sends counselor progress report

Recommend starting with
    15 hours of authorization

TS works with consumer until they
    get their driver’s license

TRAVEL – CODE: 59828     FEE: $45/hr
